MALSCE is a professional association that was organized on July 24, 1954 and was incorporated as a non-profit corporation on June 11, 1960. For more than 60 years, MALSCE has been working diligently to enhance the overall status of the land surveying and civil engineering professions.
The Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (MALSCE) is dedicated to promoting the highest possible standards of professional practices in the public’s interest.

MALSCE has over 400 individual members in four chapters throughout the state of Massachusetts. The chapters include: Cape Cod, Central Massachusetts, Eastern Massachusetts, and Western Massachusetts. Cape Cod includes Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket Counties; Central Massachusetts includes Worcester County; Eastern Massachusetts includes Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth and Suffolk Counties; and Western Massachusetts includes all of Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire Counties.

Registration is processed through the MALSCE associated website, www.engineers.org. MALSCE is supported by the staff of The Engineering Center Education Trust.
