Until Thursday, February 22, 2024, a block of overnight rooms for 2024 MALSCE Convention exhibitors and attendees has been reserved at the Boxboro Regency Hotel & Conference Center for the nights of Thursday and Friday, February 29 and March 1.
To Book Your Room:
Convention participants can make reservations at the discounted rate of $102.00 (single or double occupancy) plus applicable taxes, which are currently 11.7% per room. You can reserve your room by calling the hotel's reservation department at 978/263-8701 and mentioning the MALSCE Conference or by clicking here to reserve a room at the group rate online.
All reserved rooms must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Individuals will be charged for all cancellations made within 24 hours of their date of arrival.
Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. The hotel will accommodate early arrival or late check outs on a space-available basis only. All no-show charges will be assessed to the individual credit card on file for each reservation and will be charged for one night, room and tax.
Important: To be recognized as a MALSCE member you must login using your MALSCE assigned username and password.
Registration is processed through the MALSCE associated website, www.engineers.org. MALSCE is supported by the staff of The Engineering Center Education Trust.
