MassDOT RFR for S2 Total Station AutoCAD Base Plan Services

MassDOT invites qualified consultants to submit proposals to provide S2 Total Station AutoCAD Base Plan Services. MassDOT will be using a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) process for services outlined in the Request for Response (RFR), which can be viewed and downloaded on the Commonwealths’ electronic procurement system (COMMBUYS) http://www.commbuys.com/ and entering the last five “70954” digits of the Bid Solicitation Number in the search field at the top of the webpage.  

MassDOT intends to award up to 14 contracts with contract lengths of five (5) years throughout the state to perform surveying services with office support to provide AutoCAD Civil 3D work products and Base Plans for highway and bridge projects on an as needed basis. The estimated value of each contract is $1,000,000.
