This bill is currently in the House Ways & Means Committee. Working in coalition with ACEC/MA and UCANE, we are also working to try to get this language attached to Environmental Bond Bill in the Senate or another larger piece of legislation expected to be completed by July 31, 2018, the end of the legislature’s formal session this year. Reaching out to your state legislators now is key to letting them know that this is important for public safety, climate resiliency projects, your town and your professional practice.
