Book Your Room for the 2022 MALSCE Convention!

Until Friday, February 25, 2022, a block of overnight rooms for 2022 MALSCE Convention exhibitors and attendees has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Leominster for the nights of Thursday and Friday, March 17 and 18. 

To Book Your Room:

Individual attendees can make reservations at the discounted rate by calling the hotel's reservation department at 978/534-9000 or by going to the DoubleTree by Hilton Leominster website and using the group code MAL in the Special Rates section when searching for a room.

All reserved rooms must be guaranteed by a major credit card. All reservations will be subject to charge if cancelled less than 20 days prior to arrival. To ensure confirmation of the discounted rate of $119.00 per night plus tax (single or double occupancy) attendees should indicate the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (Group Code: MAL) when making the reservation. A limited amount of Junior Suites are also available for a discounted rate. 

In order to avoid cancellation fees guests must cancel reservations no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. If canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival guest will be charged for the total amount of the stay and the charge will be non-refundable.

The above rates are subject to applicable taxes, which are currently 11.7% per room, per night, and is subject to change without notice. Overnight rooms are sold to guests 21 years of age or older. You will be asked for a method of payment for the entire length of stay upon check in. For cash customers, the room and tax for the entire length of stay plus $200 cash deposit is required. Deposit will be returned at check out after housekeeping checks room and there are no damages etc. For credit card and debit cards, in addition to room and tax, a $50 deposit will be authorized towards your credit card for incidental charges. If a debit card is used, the $50 deposit will be held for 7-10 business days after check out. 

The DoubleTree by Hilton Leominster is a non-smoking property. There are no smoking rooms available, but in the event that a guest does smoke in their room, a $250 cleaning charge will be applied.
